There has been a forum for this for a couple of years, but due to the server's incompetence it got wiped away. Now it got resurrected on another server. It's NOT about playing, though, of course, you never know, there might be something on that, too. It is also not a Gaita one, but generally any kind of bagpipe making. But then, all bagpipes (and a lot of other instruments) require much the same skills, with the variations being relatively minor. So here it is:
