Tendinitis

Post by anima » Mon Apr 05, 2010 10:36 pm

I have been battling a tendinitis in my right forearm for about 9 months now. I have had to rest it completely and wear a brace. It is now pretty much resolved, so I've started playing again. It makes me sad to think about the time I lost but I was having a hard time even holding instruments in surgery and delivering babies. Feels good to pick up the pipes again. :D

Glad you are back at it. Not good to push that kind of stuff.

That's good news. What are you doing differently? Was the original problem caused by playing the gaita?

We switched to an electronic medical record at work- almost completely mouse menu driven, also I was helping my son with his baseball pitching.

I have changed how I use the mouse and made my other son work on the pitching with his brother.

Not related to the gaita, but did make it painful to play :-)
