In the past I had a B flat bagpipe from Vicente Prado, "el Pravianu", and I really like it.

Also I can play an Alberto Velasco Gaita, and I´m waiting for a Carlos Garcia C chanter. They are the best in my opinion.

Vicente Prado is also a really good player. He won the MacCallan competition some years ago. He plays like angels for me:

I just found the Carlos García's website http://www.gaitaasturiana.com/en/
You can find a lot of info about Asturian and other kind of gaitas in his site. Carlos is a great maker, the best one for a lot of people :D

Just a little update.

I think ARHPA has stopped business. I'm not sure, but I heard it from a friend piper in Asturies.

Cheers

It's OK, say it in Spanish, if you don't know how to say it in English. We can always help with your translations. :)
