How does different reedbrands work together? Can u use Seipal with other makers drones than Seivane and vice versa.

You can use all type of reeds in all type of drones. No problem with that.

Some modern pipers uses SHEPHERD scottish drones into their bass drones, so you can imagine all things you can experiment with galician drones...

. btw .just check sometimes these dronereed issue with Great HiglandPipes
terrible much of different soundsvsdronesvs manufactures vs timber of the drones etc..cane, ,glassfiber tongue with plastic body, plastic tongue with compositebody,..carbonfibre,...kevlar...Canetongue with plastic body... and all shapes etc etc. ;)

...absolutely overrated, if You ask me... Either You can play Your pipes properly - then it will ALWAYS sound at least not bad. Or You can't - then You may easily spend 200 bucks on a set of reeds - and it will still sound sh*t...

not just so simply, different makers have different boredesign what effects whatkinda the sound will be...you can really heard the difference.
