Well, it's an old Zamp & 2 Ciara's;
that turned up at an estate in a small town outside Philly, and was auctioned online a few years ago.
The measurements coresponded pretty much to molise 25 (what would that be, tre palmi e mezzo?).
Note especially the copper top repair.(today super glue would do a better job)
Love the scorpion chiave !
Of major interest , for me, were the reeds: a slew of them.
These pictures were as close as I got to it, although the insturment was less than an hours drive away.

started at $50.USD
Went for over $1500.USD, back to Italy, iirc.
Had to be in, 2003, 2004?
